Terms of use

1. What Helper is

Helper is a free board for household services in Serbia. Clients find providers and post requests; providers keep a profile and browse requests. Helper is not a party to any agreement, charges no commission, takes no payments and is not an employer or employment agency.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 to open an account.
• Account and profile details must be accurate and your own. One person, one account per role.
• Keep access to your account safe. You are responsible for what is posted from it.
• You can ask for your account to be removed at any time, as described on the Privacy and account removal page.

3. What you may post

• Only truthful details about your own services or your own need for help.
• Nothing illegal, offensive, discriminatory or misleading.
• No one else's data: other people's names, phone numbers, addresses or photos without their consent.
• Photos: one portrait and up to six photos of your own work. No documents, children, clients, addresses or licence plates.
• No ads for other sites and no offers outside household services.

By posting, you give Helper a free licence to show the content on helper.rs until you delete it. The content stays yours.

4. Contact and agreements

The phone number on a profile is shown only to signed-in users. You agree on scope, timing, price and payment directly, without Helper. Signing in is not a check of identity, experience or reliability. Helper does not guarantee the quality of work, that anyone turns up, or payment. Before a first job, check the arrangement as you would with anyone you don't know.

5. AI help

AI help suggests a description from your notes, up to five times a day. The suggestion is a draft: read and correct it before saving. You are responsible for the text you publish.

6. Reporting and removal

Report a problem with a profile or request through the “Report a problem” link or at support@helper.rs. Helper may remove content or close an account without notice if it breaks these terms or the law, or puts other users at risk.

7. Liability

Helper is provided as is and may sometimes be unavailable. As far as the law allows, Helper is not liable for loss arising from agreements, work or payments between users, or for content users post. This does not limit your rights under the Serbian Consumer Protection Act.

8. Privacy

How we handle data is set out in the Privacy notice.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. Each version carries a date, and we announce important changes on the site at least 15 days ahead. If you keep using Helper after that, you accept the new version.

10. Contact and law

helper.rs · support@helper.rs. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes go to the court in Belgrade, unless consumer law names another court.
