About Helper
Helper is a free board for household services in Serbia: cleaning, small repairs, moving help, yard work and pet care. Clients find people who offer these services and agree with them directly.
Who runs Helper
Helper is run by Helper DOO, Beograd, Serbia.
For questions and reports, use the contact form or email support@helper.rs.
Where it works
Helper is for all of Serbia: a profile or a request can name any town.
We are starting with cleaning in Belgrade. There are dedicated cleaning pages for Belgrade, Novi Sad and Niš.
What it costs
Helper is free for clients and for people offering services. We take no commission.
Payments do not go through Helper. You agree on the price, timing and payment directly with the person.
How contact works
On a profile, select “Show phone number”. Only a signed-in user sees the number, one profile at a time. The account is free.
You then call the person, and if they listed Viber or WhatsApp, you can message them there too. Helper has no chat of its own.
Helper does not check the identity, experience or work of the people on its profiles. Before you agree, ask about their experience and agree clearly on the job, the time and the price.
Help and privacy
If you need help or want to report a profile or a request, send a message through the contact form. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy notice.
